Signing up for new service, transferring service to another location or cancelling service is simple. Call 1-800-572-2900 or 256-437-2281.

Transfers and cancellations of service can be done over the phone.

New service orders require a rent receipt or copy of your deed, picture ID and your signature. Please call 800-572-2900 or 256-437-2281 to begin your order. Then complete your order, in person, at either our Stevenson or Woodville office.

Services can usually be connected, transferred or disconnected the next business day.

No requests for electricity transfers or disconnects are taken through the web site at this time. As always, call the co-op for more information.

Security Lights Installation

Please contact a Customer Service Representative at NAEC if you would like to get a security light, or ask to speak to someone in the Engineering Department if you need electrical engineering plans for large-scale installations.

If your security light is out, call 256-437-2281 and we’ll be happy to send one of our friendly crew members to come and repair it.
